The Art of Farm Living
The past three years the home of Feathers and Flutes has been in Goudini, which is just over an hour outside of Cape Town, South Africa. Here we practise our “art of farm living” – packing, preserving, fermenting and generally conjuring magic.
Two new projects will be included here soon:
The restoration of The Stone Cottage –currently an informal and basic dwelling, but with lots of space and potential. We have just recently started working on it and soon there will be extra place to stay. There is much to do and help is welcome. More info will be shared as we go.
Oh, and and there is a bus. She is called Olive – a tiny home project. A few months ago we bought this old school bus. So far, all 29 seats have been removed and soon we’ll start sanding, insulating and sealing the interior. More information to follow too.
